Terms and conditions of shipment and purchase in Hong Kong .
Clause 1 (Protection for both parties)
After payment is confirmed, the order will be confirmed within one working day, the customer will be aware of the details of the rules, the customer must comply with the rules established by the store, disclaimers, privacy rights statement and the use of the treaty. We will not process any unreasonable requests that do not follow the rules, and if the customer has any objection to our rules or chooses not to accept the store's treaty, all transactions will be suspended, cancelled or rejected.
Clause 2 (Payment)
After you place your order with our store, you will need to pay immediately for the goods in order to arrange delivery as soon as possible.
Clause 3 (Payment in Hong Kong dollar)
Transactions are settled in Hong Kong dollars, such as credit cards and other trading systems such as those you use are not settled in Hong Kong dollars, please check PayPal or check with the relevant banking institutions for exchange rates.
Clause 4 (Upon Payment Settlement)

Clause 5 (Delivery)
Under normal circumstances, purchased items will be arranged for shipment within 3 to 5 working days upon store's successful payment collection. Clause 6 (Festivals and Peak Seasons)

Clause 7 (Delivery Address Confirmation)

Clause 8 (Sign for Shipment Collection)
Shipments will be shipped under normal and good conditions, customers should check for any damage or incomplete before signing and receiving the shipment, if any problems are found in the goods, customers can choose to reject the shipment, and immediately return. We will not make any refunds or exchanges if any damage or incompletely is found after the shipment has been signed and received.
Clause 9 (Product cannot be delivered)
At the time of delivery, the customer is liable for the cost of re-delivery if the recipient or consumer is not at the shipping address listed in the order.
Clause 10 (Rejected Shipment)

Clause 11 (Pre-ordering)
Pre-ordering will begin to be arranged upon arrival in Hong Kong. The date of delivery is only the expected date of delivery, and the actual date is based on the actual situation.

Clause 13 (Rights for our company)
