▶將豆豉壓至碎、切碎蒜頭備用
▶將免治豬肉、蒜蓉、豆豉撈均
▶再將免治豬肉鋪放上豆腐面,一齊蒸15分鐘至豬肉全熟
▶灑上蔥花,按喜好加1湯匙滾熱/麻油
